Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY FOR ALL SESSIONS If the Client cancels the booking, the Retainer Fee is non-refundable. - If the cancellation occurs more than 90 DAYS before the scheduled session date, the Photographer may issue a partial refund of up to 50% of payments made beyond the Retainer Fee. - If the cancellation occurs 90 DAYS or less before the scheduled session date, only 25% of the payments made beyond the Retainer Fee may be considered for a refund. All refund considerations are at the Photographer’s discretion and subject to the terms of this agreement. RESCHEDULING BY CLIENT(weddings,parties, large events etc) If the event or session must be rescheduled by the client due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances , the Photographer will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a new date, provided it is within the Photographer’s control and availability. Any payments made beyond the Retainer Fee will be applied to the rescheduled session. The Retainer Fee, which is 10% of the total booking cost, is non-transferable and does not apply to a new date, unless otherwise agreed upon by the Client and Photographer with sufficient notice and availability.
